      The Red Barn

      Celebrate your wedding in true Texas style with up to 150 of your closest guests.

      Construction on the Red Barn will be complete early 2023.

      The Chapel

      Marry your sweetheart in a Texas country chapel in front of 140 of your invitees. As you say “I Do”, the Chapel’s bells will toll, inviting all within earshot to celebrate your special day.

      The Bridal Suite

      Attached to the Manor, but with separate entrances, the Bridal Suite offers a secluded area to prepare with a handful of bridesmaids and the perfect spot to pass your wedding night with your new groom.

      The Manor

      The Manor is a million-dollar mansion with space for 16 guests. Surrounded by lakes and central to the 115+ acre property that comprises the Venue at Mari Springs, the Manor offers a beautiful setting to relax both before and after your ceremony and celebration.

      The Pavilion

      Located near the main lake & the Manor, the Pavilion provides the perfect setting for your rehearsal dinner as well as a central location to relax and enjoy your experience.

      TEXAS WEDDING PACKAGES

      12-Hour Package

      Your 12-Hour Package includes all of the essentials for your Texas Country Wedding and is available all Wednesdays-Sundays. The 12-Hour Package includes the following amenities:

      • Access the Venue at Mari Springs from 10 AM to 10 PM for your special day.
      • Access to the Pavilion & the outdoor Lakeside Ceremony Site for your ceremony and reception.
      • Month-of Wedding Coordinator.
      • 350 Chairs & 32 Tables for your ceremony and reception.

      At your tour, you can choose to add any of the following amenities to your custom 12-Hour Package:

      • The Red Barn Reception Center & Corral
      • The Texas Country Chapel
      • The Bridal Suite at Mari Springs
      • The Manor’s Outdoor Kitchen
      • One of four other outdoor ceremony sites
      • Lady, the 1959 Chevy Truck
      • Custom-built Horse Trailer Bar
      • S’mores supplies for use at the fire pits.
      • Fishing gear for you and your party to use in the several lakes at the Venue at Mari Springs.
      • Large Yard Games for before, during, and after your event while onsite (cornhole, connect four, jenga, yahtzee, ring toss.)

      24-Hour Package

      Your 24-Hour Package includes all of the essentials for your Texas Country Wedding and is available all Wednesdays-Sundays. The basic 24-Hour Package starts with the following amenities:

      • Access the Venue at Mari Springs from 10 AM to 10 AM the following day.
      • Access to the Pavilion & the outdoor Lakeside Ceremony Site for your ceremony and reception.
      • Access to the Manor at Mari Springs (sleeps 16) starting at 1 PM for you and your party.
      • Month-of Wedding Coordinator.
      • 350 Chairs & 32 Tables for your ceremony and reception.

      At your tour, you can choose to add any of the following amenities to make your dream day as unique and special as possible:

      • The Red Barn Reception Center & Corral
      • The Texas Country Chapel
      • The Bridal Suite at Mari Springs
      • The Manor’s Outdoor Kitchen
